| FREE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM |
What: West Chester University is offering a free after school program for teens ages 14 to 17 who live or attend school in West Philly. The program will expose students to real world situations and discussions, take them on free college tours, and provide transportation and dinner. For more information or to register, please contact Ms. Sheena Butler at 215-778-0707. Parents and teens will get a $25 gift card for signing up. Space is limited. Enrollment deadline is September 27th, 2011. Please mention referral code JLW to receive priority placement.

What: Vouchers for free flu vaccinations are available for uninsured African American and Hispanic adults in Philadelphia County. To claim a voucher, call (215) 242-5115. This project is funded by USDA Department of Health & Human Service Region III and administrered by the Health Promotion Council.
